The form needs to be filed within 30 days from the date of such settlement.
1. Why is filing Charge Settlement important?
If the charge fulfilment is not filed within 300 days, the company's only choice is to file a compounding application with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' Regional Director or some other office as MCA may authorise in due course. Also, the charge would be displayed on ROC website, till the form is filed to remove the same.
