About the Service

The objects clause mentioned in the company’s MOA determines the purpose and scope of activities for which the company operates. During the company registration process, the shareholders decide the objects for which the company is formed. If there are changes to be made to the objects during the course of operations, shareholder approval and MCA approval would be required.

1. What are the restrictions for the modification of Object Clause as per Section 13(2)?

A Company that holds such money which remains unused which was raised by the issue of prospectus.  Before altering the object clause, such Companies shall pass a resolution, and such resolution shall be displayed or published in both English newspaper and vernacular newspaper.
